ADVANCED MANUFACTURING

FROM IMGATINATION TO REALITY

RYD Engineering is a company specialized in customized solutions for various industrial and sports sectors. They work closely with their clients to understand their needs and provide innovative solutions that meet technical and design requirements. They utilize various production methods and have instrumentation for analysis and testing, ensuring quality and safety standards.

Their focus lies in composite materials projects, such as carbon fiber, glass, and epoxy resins, covering areas like 3D design, finite element analysis, mold manufacturing, and CNC cutting of plates. Their goal is to exceed their clients' expectations in every project by delivering customized and high-quality solutions in composite materials.

We are specialized in machining highly complex parts for various sectors, such as aerospace and automotive. We have a team of experts and last generation machinery park that allows us to work with different materials, ranging from metals like steel, aluminum or titanium, to composite materials like carbon fiber or fiberglass.

We adapt to the needs of each client, offering customized solutions and comprehensive services from design to manufacturing and assembly of the parts.

we have a wide range of technologies, such as DLP (Resin) and Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM), that allow us to provide the best solution to each client, whether it's for prototyping or final parts manufacturing. Thanks to this variety of technologies, we can work with different materials, including resins, thermoplastics, and metals.

The additive manufacturing we offer is highly efficient, and we are committed to supporting our clients in the design process to optimize the strength and weight of the parts we manufacture, using topological optimization when required.

Regarding technical materials for Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) technology, we offer options such as Ultem 1010, Ultem 9085, Nylon, ABS, PA, as well as materials loaded with carbon fiber and Kevlar. Additionally, we also provide the possibility of manufacturing with conductive materials, such as Tungsten.
